General Corporate - Steve's general corporate practice includes public and private securities offerings for issuers and underwriters, acquisitions and sales of businesses, including branch acquisitions and dispositions for financial institutions.

Family Business - Through the resources of outside family business consulting firms and a series of in-house private seminars on Family Business Practice issues presented by nationally-known family business consultants from the fields of law, psychology and business consulting, Steve has assisted in developing a team approach between senior business and estate planning lawyers working and training together to provide family business clients with a broad perspective they need for legal counseling that is sensitive to both the family and business components of their concerns, plus the technical ability to provide, efficiently, the legal services they may require.

Middle Market Services - General business and legal services of Steve's includes the formation of corporations and limited liability companies.  His document creation includes asset purchase, stock purchase, leasing and business agreements.  Steve is actively engaged in retainer agreements with entrepreneurial clients providing consultation on routine business matters.
