Amie LaBahn’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. She represents employers in a wide range of Title VII, ADEA, wrongful discharge, civil rights, labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations and NLRB proceedings. She also counsels employers on compliance with employment laws, wage and hour issues and other general employment counseling. Additionally, Amie provides best practices training “from hire to fire,” including performance management and supervisory training, and presentations to employers on legislative updates. Among her accomplishments, she is listed in the 2013 & 2015-17 editions of “Ohio Rising Stars” by Ohio Super Lawyers. Amie is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Outside of the law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
