Art Kaufman is a business litigator who spent 22 years as a partner at Hahn Loeser & Parks. Following that, he and his partners formed Kaufman, Drozdowski and Grendell. Art has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America from 2012-2021, and listed in Ohio Super Lawyers for the past 10 years. Art also carries an AV® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell (its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics) and was named one of Northeast Ohio’s Top Attorneys by Law and Politics Magazine. A former president of the Northern Ohio Federal Bar Association, Art was also a member of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Visiting Committee, and the Celebreeze Inn of Court.
Art has successfully represented clients in a vast array of commercial lawsuits including contracts, fraud, unfair competition, real estate, and employment issues, among others. He has tried cases to juries and judges and has appeared in appellate courts throughout the Midwest. He is a frequent speaker and has presented to judges and practitioners at local, national and international legal seminars.
