Evan’s experience includes commercial and business litigation, residential and commercial real estate, receivership, property management, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, leasing and landlord/tenant matters, banking, construction, and employment law. He has tried matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and has had matters go before the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, and other various administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

Evan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and serves on the board of the Cuyahoga County Debarment Review Board. He received his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his B.A. from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Sixth Circuit’s Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
