The labor relations and employment law practice at KDG involves representation of employers in a wide range of Title VII, ADEA, wrongful discharge, civil rights, labor arbitration, collective bargaining negotiations and NLRB proceedings. 

 

We counsel employers on compliance with employment laws, wage and hour issues and provide strategic advice in restructuring, merger, acquisition, and mass layoff situations.
