Nancy Oliver focuses her practice primarily on business litigation.  Nancy has successfully counseled clients in a wide range of litigation matters impacting businesses, including business tort and negligence claims, contract disputes, employment disputes, construction litigation and general construction disputes, and franchising.  Nancy is fully involved in all aspects of case development, trial preparations and has prosecuted and defended disputes in both state and federal courts.  Outside of the law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring the Cleveland Metroparks.
